Tactfully give your child healthy food

 

Feeding my daughter since she was born is like fighting a war. She is 5 yrs old now and it’s getting difficult everyday. She refuses to eat anything which is healthy. She is never hungry but if you order pizza from her favorite Pizza Hut or burger from McDonald she will jump with joy.
She will eat the whole burger and French fries without giving you any pain. I wish they made little bit healthy food. Just kidding. So I thought let me trick her with her junk food. She loves maggi. So I buy normal noodles and fry all types of vegetables like broccoli, beans, carrot, capsicum and definitely one boiled egg and add the noodles and little tomatoe sauce to it. She loves it. Good for me. Now this little brat will never drink milk. Not even with chocolate. But she loves her poori chutney and parathas. You won’t believe this. I have started making cottage cheese by adding lemon to milk and stuffing that inside the dough to make stuffed paneer parathas and puris. Now fruits. She hates that too. So once again all the fruits like apple, orange, banana and sometime strawberries cut and places nicely on a very pretty Barbie plate. Then I add pinch of salt to it and little bit of chat masala. And here comes the fruit salad for my little girl. She loves it again. Gosh I don’t know how long I will be able to trick her. I am trying to find out other recipes and if you guys find out these little tricks please let me know. LOL
